MOFA would like to give a wholehearted welcome to #US Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment Keith Krach, who is leading a delegation to #Taiwan from September 17-19. Under Secretary Krach is the highest-ranking U.S. Department of State official to visit since 1979.
Under Secretary Keith Krach and the delegation will attend the memorial service for the late former president, Dr Lee Teng-hui, as well as meeting with President 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen and other high-level officials.
With this visit, we look forward to continuing to engage with the US and deepening partnerships.
